Referred to below as "we". You are the user of PlanGasto
(com.eduardolivorevelo.gastoplan), referred to below as "the application".
By downloading, installing or using the application you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use it and uninstall it.
These Terms are complemented by the Privacy Policy and by the terms of the store you downloaded the application from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
An application for planning expenses and comparing them against actual spending. It runs entirely on your device: there are no user accounts, no servers of ours, and no internet connection is required to use it.
You can create plans, record budgeted and actual expenses, organise them by category, and export reports in PDF and Excel.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the application on devices you control, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the relevant store.
You do not acquire ownership of the application. We retain all intellectual property rights in it.
You may not: decompile, reverse-engineer, extract the source code, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the application, nor circumvent its technical or access limitations, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this prohibition.
The information you enter is yours. We do not receive it, we do not store it on any system of ours, and we do not use it for any purpose.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for keeping copies of anything that matters to you. The application performs no automatic backups.
If you uninstall the application or clear its data, the information is permanently lost. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.
The application is free to download and includes all its essential features: creating plans, recording budgeted and actual expenses, managing categories and viewing metrics.

If you were already using the application before these limits were introduced and had more than 10 plans, you keep the ones you had.
PlanGasto Pro is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription: it does not renew, it is not billed periodically, and there is nothing to cancel.
It permanently unlocks:
The price shown in the application is the one the store sets for your country, including any applicable taxes. It may vary between countries and we may change it in future; any change affects only later purchases, never a purchase already made.
Payment is processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We have no access to your payment method.
Restoring your purchase. If you reinstall the application or change devices within the same ecosystem, you can recover PlanGasto Pro using the "Restore purchase" button, available in Profile and on the purchase screen itself. You do not need to sign in to anything of ours.
One purchase per ecosystem. The purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account. Since the application has no accounts of its own, a purchase made on Android does not carry over to iOS, or vice versa.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled directly by the store you bought from, under its own policies:

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have whatever withdrawal rights the applicable digital-content rules grant you. They are exercised against the store that acted as seller.
You must use the application in accordance with the law and these Terms. In particular, you must not use it for unlawful activities or attempt to compromise its operation or that of other people's devices.
Since there are no accounts, no shared content and no communication between users, there is no content moderation and no possibility of suspending accounts: there are none to suspend.
We may update the application to fix bugs, improve features, or adapt it to new requirements from the stores or operating systems.
We may drop support for older versions of iOS or Android, or discontinue the application. Should that happen, the version you already have installed will keep working for as long as your device allows, along with any PlanGasto Pro features you purchased.
We do not warrant that the application is error-free or that it will run without interruption on every device or operating system version.
PlanGasto is a personal recording and organisation tool.
It does not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. The calculations, summaries and comparisons it shows are based exclusively on the data you enter, and their accuracy depends on it.
Any economic decisions you make are yours and at your own risk. For significant decisions, consult a qualified professional.
The application is provided "as is", subject to any statutory warranties that apply mandatorily and that these Terms do not seek to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from uninstalling the application, clearing its data, your device failing or being lost, or your not having kept copies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that consumer protection law grants you mandatorily, nor our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the application.
You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling it. The PlanGasto Pro purchase is not refunded for uninstalling, but you can restore it if you install the application again with the same store account.
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes in the application or in applicable law. The version in force will always be the one published at this address, with its update date.
If a change is substantial and materially affects you, we will say so inside the application.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Ecuador, where the provider is established.
If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence and to benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country, regardless of the above.
